Dale Street is a Victorian terraced street of spacious properties, five minutes walk from the town centre. It's one of the most sought-after locations in Lancaster.

The University of Cumbria (and the bus stop to Lancaster University) is just around the corner, and there are a couple of mini-supermarkets and a range of fast food outlets all within a couple of minutes including a sandwich bar, a chinese takeaway, a fried chicken shop and possibly the best chippy in the North West!  

This house is full of original features and retains its original layout with separate lounge and dining rooms so you can mingle over meals or relax peacefully on a (memory-foam upholstered) sofa with a book or the TV as you wish. Four study bedrooms each with luxurious double beds (memory-foam "Which" recommended mattresses) have been comfortably furnished to give you a sound night's sleep all year round.

Unlimited broadband on Wi-Fi can also be accessed by ethernet connections at every desk. There's plenty of storage for your stuff in every bedroom too.

Next to the kitchen there's a big utility area with extra fridge and freezer space and free laundry facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer, together with a covered cycle storage space. Loads of room! On-street parking is available at front and rear of the house.

The first couple of months tenancy (10 weeks) are half price so you can store your things and go on holiday or stay in the house over the summer as you wish. 

A couple of memorable comments: "Love it, love it, love it!" and "the house is so clean" during family visits and "Above and beyond" during accreditation inspection by the University. The house has also been inspected by Lancaster City Council.
