This is one of the best student houses in Lancaster, with a beautiful open-plan living area.
There are 5 medium-sized double rooms with a weekly rent of £145 each. Deposits are £200 per person. The rent includes a very generous gas and electricity allowance of £2500 which will cover your usage unless you are very wasteful, as well as TV licence, broadband and water rates. There are no other bills to pay. The broadband is BT Full Fibre which has download speeds of up to 500meg - perfect for shared housing. The lounge and kitchen come in one big 'Friends'-style open-plan area on the middle floor - perfect for parties! There's a new kitchen table and chairs which I bought after the photos and video were taken. The house is set back from Queen Street, hidden away in a private courtyard, meaning privacy and no street noise. There is a garden table and 5 chairs. The house is just a two-minute walk from the bus stop on Common Garden Street. Tesco Express, a small Sainsburys and a large Aldi are all very close by. Queen Street is a minute or two from the very centre of the city.
I've been a student landlord since 2001 and have an excellet reputation. I have an excellent plumber, joiner and electrician on hand, all of whom will very quickly sort out any maintenance issue, should they crop up. The house will be in pristine condition when you move in.
