A large four bedroom, three bathroom, three storey house in a fantastic location, between the University of Cumbria and Lancaster city centre meaning that pretty much everything is on the door step, be that the shops and nightlife of the centre or the bus routes to Lancaster University that avoid the one way system.

The house offers a great mix of en suite rooms and rooms with a shared bathroom, if your group has people with different budgets and priorities. The two bedrooms without en suites share a large, modern house bathroom with a shower over a bath, then there's a lounge, utility and kitchen for everyone. All the bedrooms are a really good size, which should make picking rooms easier.

The kitchen is a great space, with plenty of modern fitted units, with the lounge offering a dining table. Laundry facilities are located in the cellar.
